Video Games in Dubai...?

I am moving to Dubai in a couple years and I was wondering if there was a Gamestop or EB Games there? Also, are there any other video game stores there? Also, Can I order a Game Informer subscription from there? Now my main questions: I want to use my American video game systems and games there. Will I be able to plug them in and use them? And last but not least, will video games bought in Dubai work on American video game consoles??? Oh yeah, one more: Will video games bought in America work on video game systems bought in Dubai? Please answer. These questions will literally change my life........
