Video doesnt play on ipod but plays on itunes?

The video works perfectly well on itunes and its the correct format but it doesnt play on my ipod correctly. it freezes my ipod and its a pretty small file so i dont understand why it doesnt play the video. it just stops and if i skip it just go back to zero. instead of 2 minutes? Help? any program that i can try to convert the video so that it would play on my ipod? Other videos work out just fine just the mpg one that i converted to itunes format. and i didnt use itune to convert it because it wouldnt let me drag the video into itunes. so i had to convert it else where. XD

Does your ipod video vibrate like from the inside even though its not supposed to? i had this ipod for less them half a year.

Does it qualify for a trade in?

I have got a newer model one as well it shakes and you can hear it clicking inside not even 6months old but i don't think you need to trade it in unless it fully brakes. I tunes does a bad job of converting i use imtoo video converter for both phone and i pod don't have any problems but the free is only a demo. Go to download.com they have good converters for free. some programs don't actually convert them to proper ipod format so that might be your problem. If you click the video on your ipod and it gets into it then freezes it might be corrupt. Ipods are dodgy things
