1. I have the latest version of the Zune software, I have a 30gb zune, Windows media player, real player, itunes, and the video I want to synch as a wmv file in my videos.
2. I selected "my videos" as a target folder for getting videos on the zune software settings.
3. When I go to collection-videos, the software lists the videos but is says that the software cannot play the video because it was invalid or corrupt. error code: C00D002F
I used the "save2pc light" software to convert the .flv video from youtube to a .wmv video.

As Zune does not support the YouTube video format (Flash Video), you need a youtube converter to convert the video to wmv or mp4.
